Resumen

En este artículo se revisan los orígenes, los fundamentos y los principales desarrollos de la Teoría de los Recursos. Se abordan sus implicaciones para la Administración Estratégica y la Administración de Recursos Humanos, así como los principales hallazgos empíricos disponibles en la actualidad.
