Resumen

Equipos técnicos que abordan el maltrato hacia las infancias y adolescencias quedan expuestos a realidades de violencia que pueden afectar su salud y donde intervienen factores protectores y de riesgo. Este estudio presentó tres objetivos específicos: describir el burnout en equipos técnicos que abordan el maltrato hacia infancias y adolescencias, analizar si existen relaciones entre las dimensiones de burnout y de compromiso laboral en dichos equipos técnicos, y evaluar si existen diferencias significativas según la antigüedad laboral en las dimensiones del burnout y compromiso laboral. Se trabajó desde un enfoque no experimental, transversal y de alcance correlacional. La muestra estuvo conformada por 32 integrantes de un programa para el abordaje del maltrato en infancias y adolescencias. Se empleó la adaptación argentina de la Escala de Compromiso Laboral (Spontón et al., 2012) y la adaptación argentina del Inventario de Burnout de Maslach (Gilla et al., 2019). La mayoría, el 78.10 %, no presentó riesgo de  burnout, un 18.80% denotó riesgo de presentarlo y el 3.10% registró las tres condiciones de burnout. A su vez, las dimensiones de compromiso laboral (vigor, dedicación y absorción) se correlacionaron negativamente con dos dimensiones del burnout: agotamiento emocional y despersonalización. Por último, se hallaron puntajes significativamente mayores en la realización personal en aquellos con más años de antigüedad. Se reflexiona sobre el rol protector del compromiso laboral y de la antigüedad, facilitando el proceso de resiliencia en contextos laborales de abordaje del maltrato hacia infancias y adolescencias.
